To coincide with Bandcamp's second platform fee waiver day on Friday May 1 2020, I am releasing three albums from three different side projects.

Here's something from a very obscure project! This one actually predates Dro Carey and was the alias for my earliest Audacity sound cutups as well as the name used for my early Youtube visuals. It has lurked around releases on Opal Tapes, Reckno and Berceuse Heroique. This is the straight-ahead belter techno stuff but with odd, plastic-y, itchy sound design thrown in.

This forms part of a trilogy of albums released May 1 (Spore Whisky, Breaking Power, Life After Prog), for which 100% of sales will be donated to the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (www.asrc.org.au).

This is an effort on my end to direct my creative work towards providing material support during a time of acute need for the organisation, given the lack of a safety net for people seeking asylum - as well as people on bridging, temporary protection and Safe Haven Enterprise visas - in Australia who have lost their employment during COVID-19.

There is no time limit on this initiative – all sales from this release will continue to be collected and donated on an ongoing basis at publicly reported intervals. This will initially be fortnightly and then, depending on sales levels, the interval may change to be a bit longer. But this will forever remain the structure for these three releases on Bandcamp.
